Something new I'm exploring.
LaidOffTalent will always be free. Creating a profile and being discovered by recruiters will always be free, and recruiters will always be able to search talent for free.
Starting in November, I may begin offering optional sessions and experiences for people in this community. Some will be one-on-one with me and others may be small groups or guided sessions.
I want to focus on things I care deeply about and have practiced for years, including mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, manifestation, confidence, mental reframing, and reconnecting with what you actually want. I may also offer candid one-on-one feedback on how you present yourself and how others may experience you.
These offerings are an extension of LaidOffTalent and will be available for a fee. The talent directory and recruiter search will always remain free.
